Return, Refund or Cancellation Policy


  • You may apply for a return of service within 10 days of availing it.
  • A part or entire service package will be refunded depending on the issue.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your service issue must be genuine. 
  • Once the issue is received, it will be inspected within 24-48 hours before a refund can be processed.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service before the service has been delivered. Unfortunately, a service cannot be cancelled once it has been delivered  to you. If you wish to cancel your service after having received it, a refund is possible only if the issue is genuine. Your refund will be processed with 24-48 hours after your issues have been received and inspected.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your query is inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your grievances . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
